With the new M.A.X. update, you have access to simple, varied, and effective fitness routines. This allows you to experience an intense, health-promoting, and sweat-inducing full-body workout with your clients – motivating, powerful, and full of energy.

Costs: CHF 30.- per update (For MAX® instructors who have an ongoing annual subscription at starOnline, the updates are included in the price of CHF 250.-)
